The Innovation Connector continues this exemplary reputation for innovation through its development of new and existing businesses within the region. The Connector commits to start-up and spin-off businesses through the nurturing and supportive efforts of its extensive advisory business leaders, Ball State University, and additional experts from across the business spectrum.

The Innovation Connector serves as a dedicated small business incubator and accelerator with an emphasis on providing training opportunities and fostering high-tech and knowledge based industries. IC provides a range of services including access to university research and student internships as well as affordable space with loads of amenities.

The Innovation Connector provides a dynamic process of business development to help young technology-based companies survive and grow during the vulnerable start-up period. A comprehensive program of incubation, education, networking and mentoring provides a wide range of business resources and coaching to our resident businesses. The Connector also offers shared services, access to equipment, high broadband, flexible leases and expandable space!

The Connector strives to produce successful graduate businesses that are financially viable and freestanding when they leave the incubator in two or three years.
